North Sydney’s newest commercial landmark, Victoria Cross Tower, has officially opened,

with first tenants now moving into the precinct, which is supported by a mix of dining, retail

and wellness offerings, with seamless access to the new metro station.

Independent healthcare company Vantive is the latest business to have signed as a tenant,

taking leasing for the building to over 40 per cent, with a further circa 40 per cent under

negotiation or active discussion. It joins NBN Co, Ventia and Novartis ANZ as businesses who

have relocated to one of North Sydney’s most connected commercial locations. Vantive’s

arrival reflects the ongoing demand for premium, sustainable and future-ready workplaces

conveniently linked to public transport.

Since the opening of Sydney Metro’s Victoria Cross Station in 2024, the precinct has come

alive, with 14 retail and commercial offerings now open across the concourse and laneway,

including the newly opened 24/7 gym and wellness facility, One Playground. A further five

retailers are scheduled to open mid-year.

Adding to the precinct’s hospitality offering is the launch of The Fold, a flagship café by social

enterprise Two Good Co. Located in the lobby on Level 2 of the commercial tower, and

designed by award-winning interior design studio Fiona Lynch Office, the space offers a

warm, boutique-hotel arrival experience. Half of all Two Good Co.’s profits are reinvested into

employment pathways for women rebuilding their lives after homelessness and domestic

violence, embedding social purpose into the everyday experience of the workplace.

Two Good Co. will also operate The Landing – a flexible, bookable multi-functional space

within the lobby designed for events, community connection and co-working – as well as

manage the building’s concierge service, further elevating the tenant experience that sets

Victoria Cross Tower apart in the North Sydney market.

the Green Building Council of Australia and is targeting a 5.5 Star NABERS Energy rating.

Victoria Cross Tower was constructed and developed by Lendlease.

Daniel Baxter, Executive Director Development NSW/ACT, Lendlease said:

“Victoria Cross Tower has entered its next chapter as we welcome tenants and the precinct

continues to thrive and evolve around it. With direct access to the metro, workers enjoy faster,

seamless connections across the city, alongside stunning harbour views that make it one of

Sydney’s most accessible and attractive commercial locations.

“As a premium office asset, Victoria Cross Tower brings together the highest standards of

sustainability, wellness, integrated transport and exceptional design – elements that matter

most to employers looking to create engaging, high-performing workplaces for their people.

“We take pride in delivering high-quality workplaces that prioritise sustainability and social

responsibility, and our long-standing partnership with Two Good Co. reflects this shared

commitment to purpose-led placemaking.”

Rob Caslick, Founder, Two Good Co. said:

“We’ve always believed food has the power to change the course of someone’s life. With The

Fold and The Landing, we’re embedding that impact directly into the workplace. It’s hospitality

designed for humanity, where everyday rituals create real pathways to independence.”
