Leading Queensland property figure Pezet.Matheson Managing Director Jayde Pezet has teamed up with boutique developer Revilo Projects to build his dream family home in the desired central Gold Coast beachside location of Nobby’s Beach.

Fresh off collaborating with Revilo Projects on the sell-out Curv townhouse project in Mermaid Beach Mr Pezet commissioned the company’s founder Paul Dolso and leading architectural firm BDA Architects to create two townhouses named ‘Lila’ that stand out in one of the country’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.

For Mr Pezet, the decision to entrust Revilo Projects was an easy one due to the firms reputation for quality, the relationship he’d developed with Mr Dolso and the belief that they could collaborate to create an iconic residence that stood out from the pack.

“I must admit that building my own dream family home had never been on my radar until this location became available and once it did I knew that I needed to partner with someone who would do the location justice by creating residences that stand out in terms of quality and design,” Mr Pezet said.

“I have lived in Mermaid Beach for nearly 20 years and the neighbourhood of Nobby’s Beach has unmatched energy and dynamism while at the same time retaining a real sense of community and its own distinct identity. I must admit that despite my experience in project marketing, I was somewhat unprepared for the rigours of construction and was fortunate to be able to collaborate with Paul and the Revilo team to bring to life the vision that my wife Kerry and I had for residences that have a distinctive, modernist feel while at the same time being a place that can stand up to the rigours of a young family.”

Located at 5 Petrel Avenue, next to the green leafy pocket of Lavarack Park, the twin townhouses have visually striking street frontage and are moments away from the Nobby’s Beach dining precinct and metres away from the beach.
